What we collect
- Your name and mobile phone number
- Your vehicle details (license plate, make, and color)
- Any messages you send to valet staff through the Text Valet feature
- Basic ticket activity, such as check-in and checkout times, vehicle requests, and payment status
Why we collect it
- To create your digital valet ticket and identify your vehicle
- To send you text messages about your ticket, vehicle status, and payment
- To let you communicate directly with valet staff
What we never do
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing. Your details are used only to run the valet service you asked for.
Your guest link
The private link to your digital ticket stops working 7 days after you check out. After that, the link shows an expired page and your ticket details are no longer accessible through it.
Opting out of texts
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply START to resume them.
