What we never do

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing. Your details are used only to run the valet service you asked for.

Text Messaging / SMS Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.

By providing your mobile phone number at valet check-in, you consent to receive text messages related to your digital valet ticket, including vehicle status updates, pickup notifications, payment confirmations, and direct communication from the valet staff. Message frequency varies based on your visit. Message and data rates may apply.

Your guest link

The private link to your digital ticket stops working 7 days after you check out. After that, the link shows an expired page and your ticket details are no longer accessible through it.

Opting out of texts

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply START to resume them.
